Tok-Sen massage

Tok Sen is an ancient practice in the kingdom of Lanna, involving the use of a mallet and a wooden wedge.

Through rhythmic percussion on Sen energy lines, sound vibrations act deep down on tissues and muscles, right down to the points of attachment with the bones.

This practice is used to eliminate energy blockages, improve blood circulation and relieve muscular and nervous tension.
