Thai Massage Level 1: The Basics of Nuad Bo-Rarn

Ideal for both beginners and professionals in manual therapy, this workshop combines theory, practice, and rituals, with each day beginning with the traditional Wai Khru mantra.

Join us for a 30-hour immersive introduction to Thai massage, based on the traditional Northern style (Nuad Bo-Rarn) taught at the ITM in Chiang Mai. This hands-on course focuses on the full-body sequence performed with the client lying on their back, and will guide you through palm and thumb pressure techniques, assisted stretches, and work on the energy lines (Sen lines). You will learn how to perform a complete 60- to 90-minute Thai massage while maintaining proper posture, rhythm, and mindfulness.

Certified as an instructor by @itmschoolthailand in Chiang Mai, shealso took third place in Nuad Thai with applied therapy at the Thai massage competition in Burlington in 2024 🇹🇭
