CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of respect for professionals and other customers, it is important to inform us of any delay or absence.

We now charge 50% of the value of the treatment for cancellations within 24 hours, and the full amount if you don't show up.

A significant delay will result in a reduction in your session time, so as not to interfere with subsequent appointments and the mandatory disinfection protocol between each appointment.
