CANCELLATION AND DELAY POLICY

Out of respect for professionals and other customers, it is important to inform us of any delay or absence.

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or any no-show, will result in a $50 CAD charge to the card on file. The total cost of the treatment is not charged until the service is completed.

A significant delay will result in a reduction in your session time, so as not to interfere with subsequent appointments and the mandatory disinfection protocol between each appointment.
