CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of respect for professionals and other customers, it is important to inform us of any delay or absence.

We now charge 50% of the value of the treatment for cancellations within 24 hours, and the full amount if you don't show up.

A significant delay will result in a reduction in your session time, so as not to interfere with subsequent appointments and the mandatory disinfection protocol between each appointment.

Online gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other vouchers, promotions and offers.

The total value of free gift cards and gift certificates expires within one year.
