Policies - Gift Certificate

The person holding a gift certificate must mention it when making their reservation and must present the paper or digital version at the reception desk upon arrival for their appointment.

Gift certificates are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and Lanna Thai Massage Montreal is not responsible for stolen or lost gift certificates.

Policies - Promotions and offers

Our offers and promotions are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, and offers.
Our offers and promotions are not available with the purchase of physical or online gift certificates.

Policies - Packages

Packages purchased in-store must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase. After that, a price adjustment may be applied if there has been a price increase. It is possible to share the package with a family member.
Our late and absence policy also applies.

Policies - Discount %

Corporate discounts (-15%) and senior discounts (-20%) are only applicable to our massage therapy and beauty treatment services at regular prices, except for express versions. They are also not applicable on public holidays.

The total value of gift cards and gift certificates offered free of charge by the company expires within one year of issuance.
